High Waisted Shorts DIY

So, high waisted shorts are really in right now but they are hard to find at a reasonable price. This Is how you can make really cute ones for around 5$!!!

What you will need:

fabric scissors

marker

sewing machine or fabric glue just glue whenever I say sew!

and ugly mom jeans!!!  vvv

When you are picking out your jeans look for a long zipper that will tell you they will be high waisted.

now put on your shorts in side out

measure how much you want to take in your jeans. make sure it is even on both sides

draw with your maker where you want to sew

now you can cut off your shorts.

for these shorts I wanted to add lace to one side! So... lay your lace over the side of the shorts you want

next pin it to your shorts

then cut the lace and sew it

This is what they look like and I think it is really cute! I have 2 more pairs of shorts to stay toon for what I will do with those!
