Merry Christmas!! 

Yet another jean dress today. Who knew I had this many jean dresses... it needs to stop. This is my Lumber Jill outfit. Inspired by my matching bothers, my whole family received matching flannels for Christmas. My duck boots, blue tights, jean dress and flannel make up my outfit today.

I'm so excited to tell you guys about Pure White Jewelry. I found this company when I was researching fare trade companies and came across The Upper Room Collective. While reading their "God Stories" I came across "Purity" and fell in love with this girls story and what she had done with her heart for the Lord. 

In her story she talks about purity and how important knowing we are pure in Christ is. She talks about what a treasure as a woman of God purity is. She has made jewelry that is ethically made and 10% of sales go to Jesus Says Love. She has three lines, Pure, Shine, Bold. Each line talks about who woman are in Christ. The jewlery is made of pearls gathered in Oregon and recycled leather. 

I was overjoyed to receive one of these necklaces for Christmas from my brothers who I had mentioned it to. The jewelry is simple, organic, and has a wonderful message. 

You are free in Christ! You are PURE and whole in him. Purity extends beyond not having sex before marriage. Living a pure life is striving for things that are of heaven. Thinking pure things such as serving others and not yourself. Watching and listing pure things that glorify the Lord. Speaking beautiful, kind words. Let's live pure lives together in Christ!

We are also to be BOLD for Christ! The definition of bold might be different for different people. To me being bold is truly following God's call for you life. Going against popular ways of living for the sake of Christ. Living in the world but doing so differently. Bold to me could be a soft woman working in an orphanage, she might never raise her voice or speak to a crowd but she is bold in her actions. A bold woman could also be a more typical view of bold like stepping out in public and calling others with you.

We are to SHINE in Christ with the hope and love that we enjoy as his children. Let that light shine! The best way to do this is using the things the Lord was blessed you with, your talents and using them for him. Finding happiness in the Lord and not the earth. Shine on earth spreading the love of God but not forgetting this is not your home.
