Easter

Easter is a time to remember the resurrection of our savior and everything that he has done for us. He died on the cross to save our sins. That's crazy to think about someone dying for you. 

I love Easter time. It always means that spring is coming and or here, I am with family all day and I get to dress up. Easter has been known to be the day that you get a fancy new dress and maybe a new hat. In previous years my dresses have been very bright colors. This year I went with a more sophisticated dress. I purchased it at Francesca's and I really love it. 

I didn't really know what to say about Easter and how important it is, until I found this home video of Sadie Robertson and it was the cutest thing I think I have ever seen. And I agree whole heartily with her. She's got it right! Enjoy this adorable video of Sadie telling us what Easter is really about and how great our God is!

These are my sister and my Easter outfits. My sister's dress is from Jcrew. She got it on sale so I don't think that they still have it. I think it looks really good with her body shape because it really complements her. She got her adorable shoes in Spain and she wears them with literally everything.

My dress is from Francesca's. It's my first shift dress that I have ever owned and I love it! My shoes are from Target and they are just a classic black heel. My necklace my friend got me for my birthday and my dad got this clutch for me.
