My sister has always had very long, luscious hair. It's always had that beachy wave texture and has always been so beautiful. I can't remember the last time she cut her hair short. Ever since high school she has been growing her hair out. We actually always have competitions of who's hair is longest and who is tallest. Because that's the most important thing in the world right now duh. After today I am winning at both those competitions.
She had been thinking of cutting her hair for about a year and a half now. She loved Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swifts hair when they cut it and I think that's what sparked her interest. She is also a senior or college and it was time to update her look and make her look a little older. Shes 21 and people will sometimes think she is in high school.
Today was the day she had been waiting for. She texted me before coming home for break and told me that we were both going together and she was going to get her haircut and surprise out family. Well, once she got home she was to excited so she let the cat out of the bag. Anyway she got her hair cut today and I decided to share it with you because I haven't posted in quite a while. In July of 2009 Selena Gomez decided to chop the locks. I think this new look makes her look so much older and I love it! Though her long her was gorgeous this new do makes her look more mature and I think it was a way of saying "I'm done with Disney Channel and I'm now a woman".
We all remember old Miley with either her brown beach waves or her bleach blond wig for Hannah Montana. And in reality her long hair was extensions. Once she got engaged and cut her hair she looked so mature and we were all thinking that she was going to settle down. Well then she cut her hair really short and everything went down hill from there!
Taylor Swift has swiftly moved into my radar this past year. With her new album 1989 which is amazing by the way and her new look. This look isn't super new but I still love it. She pulls off the vintage 50s look so well and her bob and classic red lips make her face unforgettable.
Sadie Robertson is one of my all time favorite celebrities. She is so sincere, kind and she loves the Lord with all her heart. Not to mention she is super adorable. This past fall I have watched her on Dancing With the starts and totally dominate. Right after Dancing with the Starts was over she cut her hair. It looks so adorable and I love it!

This is my beautiful sister Nevi. I have shot a few things with her but since she goes to college on the East coast I don't get to see her a lot. As you can see from the before pictures her hair was very long. That really doesn't give justice to her true hair because that was day old curls. Anyway I love her new haircut I think it makes her look so mature!
