Mothers Day

Well, Mothers Day is tomorrow and I still haven't showed you any outfits for inspiration. As a fashion blog I think that is my unwritten rule. Finals are next week so I have been really busy studying. The fine arts program at school is also putting on a show this weekend that I'm in. You could say it has been busy!

 So, my sister came in town for the summer this Thursday. And with her she brought some really cute clothes. I decided to do a closet raid of her suitcases and show you guys some outfit options. I was planning on doing 3 and posting them but I only got around to shooting one. It turns out my photographer had to go get his hair cut. So, here is one outfit idea i might do the other 2 outfits next week or something, we will have to see!

I am wearing a black, grey and green geometric patterned maxi dress. This fancy dress if from target and as you can see doesn't really fit me. I am wearing a cream colored belt from Franchescas. These extremely high shoes are brown suede leather, I don't know where she got them from but I can tell you now, if you don't know how to walk in heels (aka me!) don't buy them. I am wearing my off white rose earings that you can't really see because I forgot to get a close up of.

For my hair, as you can see, i straightened it which looks a lot different then curly! I simply pulled it half up and secured it with a clear clip. Not very fancy but defiantly a clean look. Because you can't see my face I didn't put on any makeup except for some bring colored Baby Lips. If I did wear this out I would probably base my natural makeup around a cat eye liner. (I've been into that lately).
