Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Last year I made these cookies around 5 times. The cookie recipe is from one of Bethany Mota's videos. Of course she made them look divine. I didn't know how right she was till I made them. In her video for the icing she shows you how to make a caramel icing. But, because I never have cream in my house and because it takes I lot of butter I deiced to make my own icing. I just came up with this cream cheese icing. I never measured out anything when I made it so I don't really know how much of everything to put in. But, hopefully my guessing is accurate and it all comes out nicely. I would encourage you to make these because I can guaranty you will love them!
