As you guys now I run cross country and I am pretty interested in fitness. Also I am very passionate about blogging so when I found a blog that incorporated blogging and fitness I was over joyed. This blog is called blogilates. She (Cassy Ho) also has a YouTube channel where she has tons of healthy recipe videos and workouts. If I don't have cross country practice then I will do a work out or 2 (her workouts are about 15 min) I would suggest if you are in a sport already don't do a workout everyday because your body needs some rest!
