As most of you read in my "Healthy Eating" post pop is not very good for you and you should try to stay off of it. Well, I am well aware that none of us can go through the summer only drinking water. Today I have some delicious fruity drinks that are way healthier than pop and sometimes better. Also I have a recipe for sun tea.
The first drink is... fuze strawberry and melon drink.
This one is the low calorie and slenderize one. It is a really great fruity drink for the summer time and I know fuze has a lot of different kinds of drinks.

The second drink is... the san pellegrino blood orange drink.
Now if you just can't go without your bubbly drinks then this one is the way to go. It is fizzy but doesn't have all that corn syrup and nasty stuff that pop has in it.

The third drink is... The santa cruz organic strawberry lemonade.
Because it is organic  it is much healthier than minute maid lemonade.

And the fourth drink is... Sun tea

What you will need:
A herbal tea, or fruit tea. I am using the red zinger tea.
a gallon jug
and sunshine!

First you want to fill the jug with water and put in around 1 tea bag for every cup of water.


Next set your tea in direct sunlight for about 2 hours or until your tea is red.

If your tea looks something like this then it should be done.

Next you will want to add sweetener. I just sweeten it one glass at a time but you can sweeten the whole jug.
If you are using honey you will need to put some in a little bowl and microwave it for a few seconds so it will be thin enough to dissolve


Add some ice and there you go!!
