Eating Healthy


Eating Healthy is not very easy for most teenage girls. We get bombarded with junk food at school, party's  and friends houses. Today I am just going to share some of my tips.
Now, don't get me wrong this post is as much for me as it is for you. My struggle with eating is bored eating. Ever heard of it? Of course you have everyone does it! Its when you are bored so you open your fridge and get something out and eat it even if you aren't hungry. Now i'm not saying that you all need to go on a diet that is not healthy at this age. All i am saying is that you need to think more about things you eat and when you eat them! In this post i will have some recipes for healthy meals.

Tip #1 DRINK WATER! I know I hate drinking water too but it will help your skin, your mood and your health. So, drink lots of water. I even have my water in this cup and fill it up whenever it is empty


Tip #2 Try not to drink pop. I know i'ts sooooo good and you only have it once a week. Well, it will still slowly weaken you bones and teeth and it has sooooo much sugar in it.

Tip #3 Try not to snack. It is very unhealthy and will ruin your appetite. That is the way people gang wait.

Tip  #4 Don't bored eat. This is when you are bored so you just eat... bad idea!

Recipes
 Breakfast


  • Breakfast Taco

Cook 1 egg. Heat a corn tortilla. put the egg in the tortilla and add some salsa. i really don't like eggs and i love this breakfast. it will get you going with the protein from the egg and the salsa and tortilla add some much flavor.

  • Gourmet Yogurt.
Put some Greek yogurt in a bowl. Then add some granola and fresh fruit. This is a delicious fresh breakfast. I love it in the summer time. It gets me awake and feeling ready for the day. The yogurt( if it's Greek) will give you enough protein to last till lunch.




Snack
  • Apples And Peanut Butter Almond Butter.
Cut up an apple and put a spoon full of almond butter on your plate and there you go! Almond butter is much better for you then peanut butter. Also i think it tastes better. The fresh apples with the thick butter is really good!





 LUNCH
  • "Pizza"
This is no ordinary pizza. All you need is a piece of bread, a tomato, spinach, cheese and butter. heat the oven and spread some butter on your bread. Put the bread in the oven and melt the butter. Then add all the other ingredients. Top it off with some olive oil and salt and cook it for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts. This pizza is more fresh then pizza you would get at pizza hut and it is much heather!








Let me know if you try any of these things. Don't give up on your swimming suit body it will come! Also you can check out my workout routine. That i try to do every day. Also what helps me is set a goal for that day if its no sugar or no snacking or drinking tons of water then i try to do it for that day. Also i write notes to my self like this one Hope this helps!

  1. Love the pizza recipe! Looks sooooo good! I do the greek yogurt a lot, and its yummy!
